This app is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 14-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

I’ve been a fan of Kait’s move and meditate method for awhile now, and already love getting them in app form! The interface is beautiful and super easy to navigate, and it makes doing her workouts anywhere—at home, the gym, or outside—seamless. Also, I just tried an audio running session and it’s a game changer for me. Seriously the best run I’ve had in 10 years. I’m so pumped to this going!

Kait’s Move + Meditate Method has been an absolute game changer for me, and the app makes everything so simple. I love how Kait walks me through every step, and the fact that there are different workouts depending on my mood and energy level.
