‘Kakuro’ - More than 1,00,00,00,00,000 kakuro puzzles are here for free…

If you enjoy Sudoku then definitely you will love ‘Kakuro’.

All it takes to play Kakuro is a knowledge of basic mathematics (addition and subtraction), a little analysis, and some dedication. Like Sudoku no digit can appear twice in any row or column of contiguous cells. Unlike Sudoku all the cells in a row or column must also add up to a specified value(clue value).

Kakuro, also known as cross-sums and sum-totals, is like a crossword puzzle with numbers. Each "word" must add up to the number provided in the clue above it or to the left. Words can only use the numbers 1 to 9, and a given digit can only be used once in a word.

For those new to Kakuro: it's a logic puzzle game that blends Crosswords and Sudoku, so both players will like it! Its similar to other Japanese logic puzzles such as Sudoku, killer-sudoku, Greater than Killer-sudoku, Mathdoku, Calcudoku, Nonogram, Picross and Hitori.

Major turnoff

I really love Kakuro puzzles because they seem to be more engaging than sudoko. There are definite combinations "in some order," like 3 (1,2) 16 (7,9) 17 (8,9) or 6 (1,2,3) 7 (1,2,4) 23 (6,8,9) 24 (7,8,9)...and so on. The puzzles in this app have absolutely no definite numbers at all. It's like they're just thrown together at random. Even if you printed them, the beginners puzzles are so random and indefinite. If I hadn't been playing Kakuro, this app would've turned me completely off to trying to play Kakuro. This app is a hot mess. E for effort

Lacking the charm of paper

I love kakuro puzzles but I found these difficult to enjoy. The ads are easy to accidentally hit and after returning to the game, there is a full screen ad again. The first puzzle I started had a separate piece not attached to the larger puzzle and it had more than one correct solution... Not a good sign. Maybe I would try it again but probably not.

I love the concept of this app and I love the puzzle, but a lot of the puzzles have multiple correct answers and if you want to get it "right" you have to go through a ton of different correct possibilities to actually complete it. This is extremely annoying.
