KakuroX brings an unlimited number of Kakuro boards to your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
Kakuro is a numeric logic game in a similar style to Sudoku.
KakuroX allows you to generate and play boards of various sizes and difficulties, and since it generates the boards on demand there is no limit to the number of games you can play.

Almost five stars ...
Between my iPhone and iPad I've played close to 5000 rounds of Kakuro in this app. There are a few things I can think of that would take it to the next level:
• It displays in portrait mode with the home button at the bottom of the screen only. I don't care whether landscape mode is ever supported, but I would like to see support for portrait mode with the home button at the top, so I can play it while the charging cable is attached.
• Although speed has improved from version to version, it can still be very slow to generate new boards. An improvement would be to put board generation into a separate thread: when you start a new game it would automatically start generating the next board in the background, and would present that when you choose a new game with the same parameters, or discard it and start over if you change the difficulty or board size. I'd be willing to bet that most players don't change either parameter once they've been playing for a while and find the settings that suit them.
• The maximum size of the boards is 10 x 10. I would like to see the ability to have larger boards, even if it means needing to scroll around via a virtual window or taking longer to generate (which shouldn't be an issue if my second suggestion is followed): I've played paper versions of this that offered much larger boards, and really enjoyed them.
Great interface. Notes are easy to manage. It’s very well thought out. I really like the training feature when you tap a row, you see the possible numbers plus ones that have to be present. You get to learn the large number combinations very quickly. It’s not for experts but it can help you develop your game quickly. The only improvement suggestion I have is not to reset the timer when you use the 'hint' function (guilty!) and have a wrong entry. I’d like to see it do interval timing so that you can see the total time it took you to solve including the hints. Prefer this to Real Kakuro (which is quite lovely but not as good an experience).
