What's New in Version 1.1.14
Introduces range-based values and pricing.
Please go back to the old version
I have had the kbb app on my phone for quite some time now and has always been very easy to use, reliable, and accurate. However the new version changed all of that for me, car prices dropped considerably , about $1500 on an 02 Yukon and 01 f150 I had been looking at, in one day! Also the prices do not match up with the classic and reliable kbb website online, prices are down considerably from the website and the actual cars value. Thank you for trying new things but please go back to the old version, I can't use this app anymore as it is difficult an not trustworthy, I still use kbb everyday but it takes longer to load on the Internet on my phone. Thank you
Difficult, at Best
The app gives values of condition levels and optional equipment.
That is good.
Now, try to save that car for a quick reference, and none of the corrections are saved.
I have a 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid that needs to be sold to settle an estate.
Five years old and just over 10k miles, excellent condition.
Every time I save this car and return to the saved listing, I find the mileage has grown to over 66k, and the condition to just one notch above the bottom.
Same if I delete the saved listing and start over.
Frustrating and annoying.
At best for this app.
Needs work! Inconsistent values
The old version was much better, it was easy and simple to use with fast accurate results compared to the actual website. This new updated version does not give you the same values as if you were using the online website. And it's annoying you use, before it would display all of the values from fair-excellent, now you have to choose the condition and it will only display the given value.
Kbb your app USED TO BE great, now you just ruined it. Please make changes soon! Thanks
