Ratings and Reviews
Riddled with bugs
The app has never been good, burning was excited for the new update for the home temp sensors for zone temperature control. Even with the major update, the app reports the wrong temperatures, fails to open vents at the right time and, and reports incorrect vent open levels literally all the time. I wish Keen would get their act together.
Good idea, but software implementation doesn’t look good
Have the time I manually change “openes” of the vent in the app it ignores it and remains on previous value without letting me know why. It trains me not to trust it.
Low hanging fruit: use same rounding method everywhere in the app. E.g. on the list of rooms it shows “85% open”, while on room details screen it shows 86%.
Please continue scheduler app development
Even with the last update, this is as basic as you can get for a scheduling system. Would appreciate an all open or all close launcher from the home screen by room. I’d like to schedule partial open or selected vents to open instead of getting an all or nothing experience. The vents are so loud when the open and close it’s a distraction, yet they are quiet when you incrementally opens open close them. Please continue development, I want to love this system, but can’t in its current state.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
