You can get the premium plans and workouts developed by experts in the app with a subscription. Keep Trainer users can choose the subscription plan by month or year that suits their needs best.

I’m liking the app so far. I’m not a beginner but I’m out of shape again so I’ve started the beginner classes. First off what I noticed was there were no pointers in the video about posture or proper form/breathing. Or how to do any of the moves. This is essential! People get hurt doing exercises with poor form or even stretching without knowing how to properly stretch. Even though I’m not a beginner, there were some unfamiliar exercises that I was unsure how to do properly. Please at least include some instructional videos on all of these if you’re not going to include them in the workout videos.
Secondly, the app worked fine until my third training day. The plan page was on yesterday’s plan and saying it was today. I tried refreshing and leaving the app but it still said that today was yesterday. I had to uninstall the app to resolve this problem. This will become an annoyance if it’s something I’ll have to do frequently. There’s also connection issues I dealt with today that I didn’t my first two days. Although I’m not sure if that’s an app issue or an issue with my internet. I had to switch between using my internet and data to get anywhere.
I like the layout of the app and the videos. I also like the descriptions and information given when you click an exercise.

Great app until...
Let me start off by saying I love this app. It provides great workouts that don’t use any equipment. I like how easy it is to follow the person on the screen. Now the reason I gave it three stars is I will do a workout that says it will burn 77 calories but then when I’m done it says I burned 178 calories. I know there is no way a 13 minute low intensity workout could burn that many calories. When I first got the app a couple months ago this didn’t happen. Now every time a do a workout this happens. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but it still does that. It’s not a huge problem I can still do the workouts just fine, however, it’s annoying that in my history it looks like I burn more calories than I did. I would still recommend the app if you don’t care about the calories count being accurate.
The people at Keep fixed the calorie issue! Now all my workouts burn the calories it says they’re going to burn in the beginning. So now I change my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Now I would definitely recommend this app to anyone.
My experience with Keep
This app was unlike most of the other ones I had encountered in the app store. It was really easy to setup, and it doesn’t corner you into making payments for unnecessary things. Somethings i also liked were the notifications were consistent, and when you dont open the app for the first 12 hours of the day (1am to 12pm), the app makes you feel bad by asking if you should turn off notifications. If motivation was a struggle, I feel as though this app really has your back. Something I wish that the app would add is a nutrition side of things. Right now I have about three apps, one for workouts, one for diets, and one for workout consistency, so if there was anyway to combine all three then this would be the app for me. Also be weary that sometimes workouts cut out mid workout, and there are a lot of connection issues that come alone with this.
