Everything was fine until the latest update
I've never had any problems with the app until now. I try to get on to check my balance and my screen gets stuck on the loading screen. I can't login or anything. I've tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling it and it still doesn't work. Please fix. Will change my review once the app starts working again
Update: Since last November 2016 the app was not working for me unless I was on wifi. Now that the holidays are over with I can now access my account using data. Everything works fine now. I don't know why the app was not working over the holidays but I'm happy now the app works for me.
Buggy but still decent.
The Transfer Funds option needs to be worked on. I can't transfer funds from checking to savings within the app. It only pulls up the option to transfer to another member. The Branch location search needs to be improved, too. I can search but can't really view the pulled up information on the map. Every time I try it shows it off screen and I can get it to move within view. An actual listing would be nice, that doesn't require viewing it within the map. Also, the pop ups at login are bit annoying as well.
New face is nice
The new look is very nice and I enjoy it, it seems simpler. And the addition of TouchID is overdue but glad it was finally added. However I cannot access my other accounts at other banks that I use frequently on this app and have to use my computer for transferring between my linked bank accounts. I do this very often and is very inconvenient to do it on the website. I also am having a lot of issues with logging on when I first open up the app, more specifically it seems with the touchID.
This app still needs multiple improvements.
