I had this app a couple months ago for maybe 3 weeks before I got tired of it. I did the exercises 3 times a day but yet it would never move me past level 3! Also, it's painfully obvious that the app is very cheaply made. There are misspellings, graphics that just aren't quite right, and it overall has the look of something someone in the first semester of my html 101 college class would turn in for a B- grade. I really enjoy Emily's podcast; she's obviously very knowledgeable. But this is embarrassing in actuality. In theory it's great. Oh, and I will hr deleting it permanently and downloading a different kegel app - just now when I decided to start up again and DL it again, it forced close on me every time I tried to open it and reread the instructions. I wish this would work correctly and at least look like the paragraphs and tips had been proofread for mistakes. :(
I've had the first version of this app for a few years; wasn't expecting any update at all but so happy to see that the feature to "exercise in the background" has been added while everything else (which is great) has stayed the same. Thanks!
Just started 💗 it already
