Smart, easy to use, and SO useful!
My healthcare provider recommended that I excercise daily in preparation for labor & birth, but I could never remember to do it consistently, and certainly didn't have routine to follow— until I got this app! It's so easy to use, the workouts are FAST, and I love the discreet mode. I didn't give it 5 stars because I've tried to use the "vibrate" cue, but I can't get it to work despite changing my settings. It would be helpful to be able to access a tutorial in the app.
Otherwise, it's great! I've gotten so much stronger that the PRO version upgrade to get higher workout intensities was a MUST!
So easy, so convenient
I can set reminders through the day and Kegel away in the office with no one the wiser. The discreet screen app hides my intentions from observers, too. Plus, I've noticed a difference - if you keep at it consistently, you will achieve results. Great app, never a problem with it. Also, I explored some of the other apps offered through this company and really like the 5 minute Glutes app.
Not bad, but not worth the cost.
It works but I expected more for the price. I'm disappointed in the lack of customization and lack of documentation.
I'd like to be able to customize the tone played and have a different tone for hold and release. The default tone gets old fast.
I'd like to blend your variations with what my doctor wants, such as setting the number reps and you vary the hold/rest lengths or enter that I need to do 20 reps and have 5 minutes, am at level 12 and you figure out the rest.
Reporting is primitive. It does not list how many reps have been done so far today, this week/month just how many workouts. Reps per day is the common way of measuring progress.
