Kegel exercises

I found this app to be very beneficial on reminding me to do the exercises as it has 5 reminders to set around my schedule. My goal is to do 3 times a day so if a reminder comes up and I can't take the time then I know how many I have left before end of day. The visual display is fantastic to keep you focused on your exercise and it does the timing for you. No more distractions.
I do not like the vibration feature-it's to many vibrations at each step, one or two vibrations ortherwise people around hear it

Kegel Exercises

I like that I can set a reminder and the chime future is nice. I'd like to be able to see my progress history from previous workouts. I'd like to be able to program the hold and rest time with each set. Other than that I'm quite satisfied with it.

Love this app. Always something I say I'll do and never do. Reminders make it happen!
