KeyNavigator allows Treasury Services customers to deposit checks into their business checking accounts using mobile devices. Mobile Deposit extends the convenience of KeyBank’s commercial remote deposit solution to clients on the go and provides clients with low check volumes an easy alternative to making branch and ATM deposits.
This app also allows clients to review and approve all remote deposits made by company users giving clients additional control and security.

Device registration error
Every time I try to sign in, I have to delete the app and redownload it. It’s quite annoying.
It doesn’t register the security questions answers and just sits there loading until I delete it. Even though I use the Touch ID to sign in.
I can never get into twice in a row.
Fix this please!

Seems that Key forgot to mention that if you are searching for the new app they keep telling us we must move to is not listed in the App Store for iPads, only iPhones. I loaded it on to my phone and it works fine. Now, how about the iPad version?
