Solid app, needs an upgrade

This app is basic and solid, with its primary usefulness being a quick check on funds when not by a computer (sometimes it's more convenient even when by a computer). I use it frequently to check my spending and move money from checking to savings. It's got a good, easy to read lay out, and I particularly like how it shows you what you're overall cash flow is like. I haven't had any functionality issues so far

It's other features work as well. The open an account feature works very well, and so does the mobile deposit (although the 50 Cent charge is a bit discouraging).

That being said, it could still use an upgrade. One feature I would love to see improved upon is the transfer feature. Right now, you can only move money from your checking to your savings, and vice versa, and you can only do it on the day of. No advance transfers, no ability to schedule or view pending transfers to outside accounts. I have several pending payments to external accounts, and it would be nice to see them in the app rather than having to go to the website.

Other features I'd like to see added are an efficient budget feature, and the ability to sign in via Touch ID and / pin (like someone said below)

Yep, I used this app all the time until today, WHILE I WAS IN THE KEY BANK OFFICE, their support people rendered it 100% useless. Their records show "successful logon" when I try logging in using the app (both iPhone and iPad app), but the app throws me an error, despite multiple uninstalls/reinstalls and several phone reboots (both types).

While I was in their office opening another account, my account was inaccessible to either me or the bank rep through any desktop (or mobile) browser. However, I was able to log in to the app on my phone just fine. Then once they fixed the browser login problem, I decided I'd better see if I could still log in via the app on my phone and sure enough - nope!

So then they decide that the problem is my phone. Oh really?! There is absolutely ZERO wrong with my phone and it's completely up-to-date. So, if there's something wrong with my phone, then WHY did the app work perfectly until they started screwing around in my account to figure out why login wasn't happening on a browser.

Their ultimate solution: Go to the Apple Store. I SOOOOOOOOO wish I was kidding!

Works fine on my iPad2

I deposited my check quite easily, the other reviewers might have mental issues.
