Here’s the real deal. This app has greatly improved since it was first released. Touch ID is integrated nicely, and works as expected. The layout is clean and unobstructed. It shows me what I need to know, except for 1 important key feature.
When you rotate the phone, it would be great if the app showed you your daily running balance. Currently if you want that, you have to login to the website on a computer to get it.
When I get that feature added, I will update my review to 5 stars. Seriously this app used to be horrible. The developers have done a great job of fixing it up and making it worthwhile to have. Keep up the good work fellas!
Great, when it works.
Get used to seeing "We apologize if you're having trouble accessing digital banking." Because that's all I get no matter how often I delete the app, run through all the hoops to log on again, only to find it still doesn't show me anything but a balance. Forget a really neat feature called mobile deposit. It was really awesome the first time it worked. I can't see recent activity, either. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just skip this app.
Mobile deposits don’t always work
When at home, I have my phone connected to WiFi so I’m not using data. However, when I’m connected to WiFi, mobile deposit will say the service is unavailable and I have to disconnect and use my data. That just doesn’t seem right. We have accounts at a couple banks and it does not happen with them.
Otherwise, I’m happy with the app and the bank.
