Circuits, is a simple app for circuit training workouts. It has over 200 different circuits for gym, free weights, outdoors, your sofa, or wherever you can lift your own body. With these routines, your workout sessions will get shorter, more fun and way more effective. The app works by letting you swipe through tons of circuits, one by one. You can always skip a circuit if you don't like it. Finish when you've had enough.

The circuits are carefully designed to train your muscles, your anaerobic strength and to burn fat. We believe in the value a variation, so with Circuits every workout will be a unique and fun experience.
