Description
KeyReel is an easy to use auto login solution that frees you from managing your passwords. With KeyReel you don’t have to risk storing your passwords on the web, in a browser or a password manager on your computer. Passwords for all sites are privately stored on your phone, safe and encrypted all the time and never exposed to the Internet.
KeyReel automatically detects passwords on webforms and prompts to store them on your phone the first time you login to a site. After that KeyReel will auto fill login information every time you login to the site, as long as your phone is in the proximity of your Mac. You can add extra protection to most important sites by requiring explicit access authorization from your phone, secured by a secret PIN code or Apple Touch ID.
The passwords are retrieved from your phone via a highly secure communication channel using military grade AES encryption.
With KeyReel you don’t have to trade convenience for security. You can now have a strong unique password for each site without worrying about remembering them. And weakness of a single site will not compromise security of other sites.
KeyRell also has a feature that lets you backup your credential store on your mac. This feature requires you to provide a backup and restore password that will be used to encrypt your credentials. This feature is useful if you lose your phone or if you want to transfer to a new phone.
