App does not enter correct customer when selecting the customer you desire.

Since new update, the customer address no longer links to mapping app. This was the only thing we even used the app for.
Has come a long way since the start !
UPDATED: app has been completely redesigned and is great !! Definitely holds up to the expectations you would have after seeing how amazing their web interface is! These guys really know how to do right.
You know, I'm actually shocked that this app is as terrible as it is. This company offers a GREAT and unique and competitive product. I have used at least 4 other services for my scheduling and job management and this is by far the best. But as soon as I saw the app I was shocked. It is so terribly put together, things aren't linked together, you can't filter the jobs by technician, you can't delete items in quotes or invoices last I checked. Not customizable, terrible menus. I just don't understand why it is so poorly designed. They need to do a complete revamp of the app changing everything. Luckily they have a mobile WEB version for mobile devices or I would never use this service. But don't let the app keep you away from their product. The online version is amazing. So many features and options and very well put together. Just hopefully they get a new app designer ASAP.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
