Umbli is a cloud based, end-to-end tech platform, especially designed for preschools and franchisers. It helps them expand – getting more admissions and more franchisees – and eases their day-to-day activities.

Umbli app has been designed after comprehensive analysis of what problems preschools and parents face, and how they can be solved most efficiently using technology.
The main features of Umbli are:
* Personal website with SEO – Have a personal state-of-the-art website for franchiser and preschool, with location specific SEO done for each center. As a unique feature, you can update all the content yourself, directly from the mobile app.
* Corporate View – Full control to franchisers – create branches, assign admin permissions to center heads, create groups of principals/center heads and communicate with them privately. Corporate has a comprehensive view of everything – exact number of students/staff in each branch, total amount of fee collected/due in each branch, parent reviews etc.
* Curriculum management – Franchiser/preschool can create the whole year’s curriculum in a nice formatted way within the app. Teachers can follow it in class, and even refer to parents for their information and kids’ reinforcement at home.
* Fee management – Create fee invoices, with various options (discounts, late fee, etc.), and send instantly to parents. Franchiser/preschool can see full fee stats at branch level, school level or class level, and can send auto-reminders to parents.
* Parent review system – No need to wait for PTM to get parents’ feedback. Parents can give rating/review about the preschool, visible only to admins. Franchiser/admin can look into low ratings, follow-up with parents and take corrective action soon.
* Template system – Avoid typing by teachers, making basic errors while communicating with parents. Admins create pre-filled templates for various activities (e.g. daily diary, food updates), which teachers just select when sending to parents.
* Enquiry management system – Fill all the new admission enquiries directly in a form in app. All entries are automatically organized, giving you various options – add notes, set reminders to follow up, categorize leads etc.
* Full school profile - Create classes, add kids, assign kids to various classes.
* Attendance – Teachers can take attendance and notification sent to parents.
* Parent-teacher one-to-one chat – An inbuilt chat system (similar to WhatsApp, but only private between guardians of one kid, and teacher/admin).
* Photos and notifications – Teachers/admin can send pictures & notifications instantly to parents – for whole school or class or selected kids.
* Email & SMS integration – Umbli integrates all communication channels into one. All notifications go in Email as well. Critical messages can be converted to SMS, to ensure guaranteed delivery to parents.
* Daily Diary – Teachers can send daily diaries to parents, instantly or collated by email at the end of the day.
* Day-care activity record – Teachers/staff can send daily kids activities (e.g. sleep update, food update, diaper change etc.) instantly or in a nice collated email.
* Rewards – Teachers can give various rewards to kids via app, which they keep collecting. Nice reinforcement for kids.
There is no need for multiple apps for franchisers, teachers, parents or admins/owners – Umbli is a single app for all. The app shows you information based on your access permissions.
No major training is needed to use the app, even for teachers with less digital knowledge – All of its interfaces are designed very natural and intuitive for the user.
