My last review wasn't too eloquent, so here I am going to fix it up. For almost two years, I have been using KIK and it has worked absolutely perfectly. There was no bugs, nothing to fix, and I was content. However, as of the recent updates (I have gotten both) I am starting to have problems. The first being that I cannot see profile pictures. They are all set as the default gray one, except for a select random few for whatever reason. Adding to that, when I try to change my own profile picture, it's also the default one. Secondly, I've finally been able to see the images and videos people send me with the most recent update, however, they disappear after I've pressed them. If I wanted that, I'd run to snap chat. In all seriousness though, these bugs are insanely irritating. I don't know what the reasoning for updating was in the first place, but it clearly was not a success. Now, as of the August 16, 2016 update, I continue to have the same problem. This is upsetting.
Why?!?!
Kik as been a good text tool for me for about 3 months but recently I signed into a different device and (from my main one) then it rest my account, log back in to my main one and my kik rest my account again and all my chats where lost. I'm extremely mad about this because there was no warning for this happen. I had very important chats on there and the fact that I change device it will start all over again👎👎👎👎
Kik please fix it so the user has a warning and an option to turn it off so it doesn't rest your account and chats. Because I'm probably not the first to complain about this not the last....just please make it so when I sign into a different device I will still have everything how it. With out it resting.

Everyone's profile pictures that I talk to on there have been displaying as though they are new users, just the gray person icon. With the recent update, the camera doesn't work though the app and any picture that I take and try to send does not send at all, photos from my phone's gallery send but always display the sending icon on the actual image, I can't view videos that people send me, and if I exit the app, any images that they send to me show up as a blank message when I return to the conversation. The app only seems to be getting worse with each update, so please try to fix all of these issues. I'll change my rating to 5 stars once the app starts working properly again
