It keeps getting better and better!!

I was horrified! This was a game that my young daughter started playing but found confusing. She has an iPad and her own sign in. I downloaded the game as well as my husband on both of our iPhones. We tried to figure the game out and, a little embarrassing but, found it quite addictive! All three of us have spent actual money in the game. Today however, I got a pop up while playing the game saying I had multiple accounts and everything was taken away including nearly 10,000 cards and almost 300,000 in gold. Some of that was purchased with cash!! I can understand what they're talking about with a single player having multiple accounts. But a family? We will all be giving negative reviews and would be happy to change them if this is reversed.

--UPDATE--

With in just over 24 hours of emailing the developers, I got an reply. They stated they found no reason for this and put everything back.

I have been trying to get into the game for nearly an hour without success. SOOO, it remains to be seen. I we change my review one way or the other.

--FINAL UPDATE--

The game just keeps getting better and better! I love all of the new cards. I'm learning how to negotiate and make more gold. For the issues that I've had, the developers have been really terrific. I've met some really great people on here and I am always anxious to go back in. I highly recommend it!!!

Awesome Game!!!

It's funny that the people who describe the chat mods as abusive and mean are the ones who had trouble following the simple set of rules (stay on topic in the different feeds, don't cause drama, etc.). For people who can follow a few common sense rules, there are no issues and the mods are fair and reasonable.

I've played all of the Topps apps, which I do not recommend for several reasons: untrustworthy, condescending customer service, impossible odds, untradeable sets, scammers, cheaters, etc.

Kitten Cards is run by people who care about their customers and they have cracked down on the bad apples so everyone can have a pleasant experience. Also, there are kittens. You can buy, sell or trade cards and there are different chat feeds for different topics. Definitely check it out. I've made many friends while playing and I love card collection--even got a physical card in the mail for completing a special set! Also, kittens.

AVOID! Terrible developers

I really enjoyed playing this game for months, found it relaxing and even spent real money on it. A few weeks ago, the developers added some bot or new system intended to stop people from having multiple accounts. Long story short, I got locked out of my account with zero warning and haven't been able to access my collection since, and the developers won't do anything about it. I do not have multiple accounts and have not "cheated," but I do allow my kids to play the game using my tablet, so it seems that got me blocked. However, they can still access their accounts, but the game has been extremely glitchy for them ever since the developers started this anti-cheating crusade. Again, no help from the developers despite putting a lot of time into this game, and no transparency from them about what's going on. Don't waste your time on this app, what a disappointment.
