What's New in Version 2.3.3
When I pull up an article to read it, the top of the article is chopped off, sometimes the whole first paragraph.
I get too many articles that are not relevant to me, except I have to read between the lines to figure out that they're not relevant to me. It is too hard to figure out the source of an article in order to avoid that source in the future. I cannot share articles that are not relevant to anyone I know. How would that raise my Klout score?
I love learning about other cultures, but when I am in Klout, i'm not trying to learn about other cultures; I am trying to find articles to share with people I know that they will find interesting. Limiting the number of articles that show up in my Klout feed to a small number, and then filling up those slots with articles that do not pertain to me is not helpful.
Doesn't work. Wasted my time
I spent so much time the other day setting up my topics. Today I spent a bunch of time on the app scheduling posts, and even though I had connected to my business page on Facebook, it posted to my personal Facebook page. I try to fix it and now none of my topics are showing up, it won't connect me to Twitter, and won't connect me back to the business page in the app. Also my Klout score went back to its original low score. It is like I am starting over. Also, i can now go into the app, whereas I was using the computer the other day, and the topics aren't there. I think I will use Buffer from now on. No busy person wants to lose over an hour of their time.
Not too impressed with klout app. Seems like 1-2x per day it loses connection to twitter, then I go thru process to reconnect but the app just hangs and never connects. I have to fight with the app to do something that should be seamless & invisible. I have no confidence my connections to social media stay connected. Also I've tried to post a suggested article (suggested within klout) to a connected social media (twitter or linkedin) and only then do I find that account is disconnected and I have to try to reconnect. The edits are not saved, so by the time it's reconnected I've lost the article! This is a klunky buggy system that needs serious fixes.
