GPS now dictates region which is not good.

Both my wife and I are British, but have lived in Hawaii for the last 16 years. This was our favorite quiz game after trivial pursuit seemed to have disappeared from the App Store.

The game took its place rather well and we usually play it whilst waiting for food in restaurants. We liked it because we could choose England as our region. This meant questions relating to our culture, TV shows, political, sports etc.

But now it seems that the phones gps is determining that because we are in the USA, we must be American. I do not know about American sports and are not particularly interested in the political goings on.

App now a bit useless if you can't choose the region you are most likely to be able to answer questions on.

Hope they put this option back asap please.

Only 2 stars cuz it doesn't deliver what it says

3 things
1- I like the app-it is OK. I would give it five stars but it doesn't give you what it says it will in the description.
2-is this the same app or similar to the app from The binary family Trivia: Knowledge Trainer?
3-it says you can use it in American, British, Australian and international gameplay modes with country specific--uh no you can't. I upgraded even and there is nowhere on this app that I find that option. Huge disappointment since that is what I wanted.

Developer Response

Hi Ramsey2000, thank you for the feedback, it helps us to constantly improve the game. To answer your questions: 2)Yes, it's the paid version of this app. If you upgrade to Premium, you will receive the same app, giving you full access to all questions and no Ads! ; 3) We made some recent upgrades which means that country-specific questions are auto-selected, based on your phone's region settings. We apologise for the miss-leading description in our store text - we will be rectifying this with the next update. If you have any other problems, please don't hesitate to email our support team. Kind regards, the binary family

Good Knowledge Trainer

It challenges your mind with multiple choice questions. The app gives you opportunities to review what you’ve learned and be quizzed again on the material where you need improvement. It presents hundreds of thousands of bits trivial at five levels of difficulty spanning ten different categories. A great way to bone up for trivia games.
