The Member Services area lets you request an ID card, change your doctor, update your contact information or ask L.A. Care a question.
Access new, pending and closed claims. This feature is only available for members who receive claims.
You must always sign in with your username and password to access features. Without that information, no one can reach your personal data. It is safe and secure.

This is one useless app
I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!
I’ve tried creating an account on both app and website and is useless, it ask for your info but once you press next it sends you to some log in page when you can’t even log in because you have no account to begin with.
I need to check few of my household plan stuff and change my doctor but this thing can’t even do the basic.
App not working properly
I constantly receive a message that the app “cannot connect to server”. It also gives me the phone number, but if I wanted to call, why would I have downloaded the app? (Each time I have talked to a rep...other issues have occurred, but I am just reviewing the app here)
I am grateful to have health insurance, but I find the app unusable
Need transaction as a feature!
Im sure people want this to happen: a list of transactions, the dates, which dcotors, and services should be available for us to see.
