Friendly, local, not a big bank
The app is easy to use and even though I don’t live near a branch I never feel the need to go to a branch. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, their online messaging works great, and someone is there to help. I’ve also found their website FAQ and chat really quick and useful.
Great App!
I’ve never had any problems with this app. Since the most recent upgrade, it’s even better than before. It makes online banking and bill paying SO easy.
I’ve been a customer of LAFCU for almost 30 years and I love them. Their customer service has always been awesome.
