Description

Report problems with LA City streetlights to the Bureau of Street Lighting for speedy resolution. This app allows users to identify malfunctioning streetlights by simply tapping on the map and submitting the problem report via email. Users can position the map by using their device location (GPS) or by searching for a LA City address or intersection.

This app facilitates reporting of malfunctioning streetlights by using their unique identifier (SLID), thereby reducing the probability of reporting errors.

Thanks for the update. Works great again.

Hard to use

NifLimited

Very difficult to use. Uses bing maps, which cannot be turned. Lights are not clearly placed on the map to report outages and the interface feels very old.

Works great!

Triciannz

They obviously don't get fixed instantly, but they do get them taken care of eventually. This app worked better than calling it in.
