Really made a difference after sports injury


I suffered from a lot of anxiety after a difficult sports injury. While I was attending to my physical health, my family encouraged me to address my mental health as well. Thank goodness we found this app. With a background as an athlete, I’m always looking for proactive ways to get better and Lantern’s CBT based exercises and coaches were tremendously helpful in doing just that. While I’ve since fully recovered from my injury, I still find myself calling on Lantern’s breathing exercises in my day to day.

Definitely helpful in the right context


Lantern has been really helpful for me by giving me a guided way to handle myself when my anxiety is too much. There are lots of different kinds of techniques- some audio, some writing, some grounding, etc.
It's not on the level of a professional therapist but it's giving me the little bit of a hand up I need for half the price of my former therapy sessions. My coach is really responsive and always looking to work with me on my terms.

I tried Lantern a couple of years ago and found it super helpful, so I came back this year when time’s got tough and wow so much improvement! The app is beautiful and so easy to use and the coach is just as helpful as last time around. So grateful for Lantern, will definitely be my go-to whenever I need extra support.
