On-demand lawn care and gardening from the convenience of your phone.
In this age of technology, why does getting a lawn care quote still require multiple phone calls and an in-person visit? Why is payment still a cash-under-the-doormat sort of affair? If you can order an Uber or Lyft with the push of a button, why is yard care still such a hassle?
That's what we set out to fix. We've re-imagined what a lawn care company should look like, and have built a modern, on-demand lawn care service and paired it with the best customer support you can imagine.
- Book a lawn care service in a few taps and we'll send over a skilled pro to work their magic on your yard.
- All of our lawn pros are licensed, bonded, and covered by a multi-million dollar general liability insurance policy. From the moment you request a service to the moment your lawn tech flies off into the sunset, the Lawn Love experience has been designed from the ground up with your safety in mind.
- Manage your service, rate your lawn pro, and pay for service; all from the convenience of your phone.

Great idea/customer service is tricky
I love this idea and had high hopes after my neighbor recommended it to me. At first things went well, once a week a crew would should up, mow and trim the lawn, all was great. I was signed up for a monthly brush trimming, weeding and weed control application, and this is where it all fell apart. The first month my regular crew didn’t do it. After I contacted customer service a different guy came out and did and incredible job. A month passes and again my regular crew didn’t do it. I send an email to customer service and a very nice person got back to me and told me they were rescheduling them. That date comes and goes and the crew doesn’t show up. So I call and explain to a new person what going on, they reschedule the service. Long story short, this happened four time and every time I spoke to or got emails from someone new, each time explaining the whole thing all over. Once I even got an email saying they’re glad it had been worked out when nothing had been resolved. I’ve requested a new lawn pro, so hopefully I’ll find someone who can do what needs to be done, but if I have to contact customer service again, I’d rather quit LawnLove than have to bounce around from one rep to the next trying to straighten things out.
Believe the reviews - this is very bad
I have never rated an app/service before, because I feel everyone can have a bad day. However, this is bad enough that I need to try to prevent others from my problem.
First, keep in mind, its kind of like uber. Not that it is a good service. But they are just facilitating your connection to a person willing to help out. But In this case, the people willing to help are "yard pros" that can't operate their own business and can't be employed at a reputable service. There are reasons for this and you will find those reasons out, if you do not heed my warning.
My personal experience is with "Reggie" in St. Paul MN. Had to requote because the length and size of the yard, which I understood. Then they wanted to requote again. After agreeing paying $200 and being 2 weeks later, he hasn't shown to complete the service, which brings me to.....
Second, you have no way of really contacting anyone when things go wrong, unless they wish to respond. You can call and leave a message or send an email, but if they don't respond you just sit and wait.
I contacted Lawn Love about this issue and have received no reply. I'm just going to dispute all charges, maybe with no money they will get back to me.
So I got what I should have expected and have no one to blame but myself. All I can do is try to help others. Stay away from this. Do it yourself or pay a reputable service. If you want cheap, hire a neighbor kid. Don't do this.
Sadly I can’t do less than zero. They say they have “professionals,” but it is total crap. There’s the notes section to leave directions for the “professional,” and we left lots of notes about the weeding the weeding they were supposed to do, the flowers we’d planted that were just blooming, etc. we have a camera in the backyard and their “professional” basically waived a weed eater around the yard and left. No treatment we were paying for. Killed all the plants we had specifically said to avoid and totally ignored the front yard. Lawn Love’s “professionals” are a complete joke. Do not do business with these people.
