It's perfect for a quick sketch to plan out your landscape project or send a PDF of your plan to your HOA for approval.

Okay. Not great.
No Undo function. There is a Help button now. No layers. No copy function. You can't change the size of the text, which is really tiny. Units of measure can be edited a bit, but it's cumbersome. You can only move or draw items to the nearest unit of measure, per your settings (I put it at 0.5 to be able to draw in 6" increments; the default setting is 1.). Sometimes it takes many attempts to get the app to respond to your commands. (Tapping 8 times just to get it to make a circle--really?). Other times it won't do what you want where you want it, but it will elsewhere. Occasionally it will only let you move an item once, after which it is stuck there. Overall, it's been kind of frustrating getting the app to work the way it's supposed to. I've had to close out of it to get it to respond way too often. It would be faster to sketch by hand.
Useless no reason to be on here
