• Create a ringtone for free
• Use the built-in guitar, piano, synths and drums
Through a series of 81 HD video lessons, audio expert Joey Biagas will show you how to setup and use external hardware, make and employ loops, and use Magic GarageBand and Learn to Play features on the desktop version of this Apple software.
Joey is an audio engineer with a degree in Audio Recording from California State University Dominguez Hills. He picked up his first guitar at age 16 and has been working on musical projects ever since. This app is straight forward and easy to understand. It teaches you the Mac version notIpad version but but a few added rhings in the Mac version you can cross use this app to learn the Ipad version. I go back to the beginning often to see what i might have missed and have found im trying to hurry to learn everything i can then to try it out. I suggest you take your time and really comprehend what this pragram does it is a very good app im happy i got it.
It's basic...But thats not my prob with it. The split-up videos feels like you're learning things in pieces rather than one subject moving smoothly to the next. Videos are unorganized. You'll here him reference something that you don't learn till 2 videos later. The narrater feels unorganized. I don't like his voice, his sad jokes and how he tends to ramble and makes it excruciating to sit through a video. Its like he's been smokin something. Very unprofessional. I can't believe I watched a whole 3-min video on how the play button, fast forward and skip button works.
This is not meant to be an in-depth tutorial. It's a great way to get you started using Garage Band without all the trial and error which takes hundreds of hours.
