I've used this app for years. It helped me become the Pi Queen in 8th grade. I was at 100 digits. My love for pi faded over time, and I wanted to relearn it fast. I only was able to recite maybe 50 digits which to me was very sad. I was determined to get back to 100 quick. My current record is 114 digits. I like how there's strikes, but you can also turn them off. I like it because my hand will slip, or I'll be reciting numbers faster than my hands can type, so I'll press the wrong number. The best way to memorize that I've found has been memorizing by 3's meaning every 3 digits. Sometimes when I'm reciting the numbers out loud, I'll have to use my hand to place where the number is, but the patterns help. My goal is to reach 200 by my lifetime and I'm currently 16, so I don't think I'll have a problem. Good luck reaching your goals.
If you want to memorize Pi this is the app for you. Easy, fast, fun, and it works. The free version has ads and if you miss zero you go to the ad AND lose your place 😠. Otherwise the free app is great.
The 99 cent version is worth it if you plan on getting to triple digits! The only difference is no ads while playing. I got to 200 digits in about a week.
I tried several Pi learning games and this was the best by a significant margin.
This app is what I recommend to everyone for memorizing Pi. It's fast, free, simple and a lot of other compliments that I could give.
As long as you know so much as "3." in Pi, you won't see an ad. It's not the kind of app that overflows you with ads, so I love it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
