Could and Should be Better

The app is useful because as far as I know it's the only app that provides any dispensary information at all. Login is cumbersome. When clicking on a shop on the map, it often defaults to "123 State St. Denver, Colorado" until it has loaded the dispensary info of the business you clicked on (if it loads at all). Many out-of-business dispensaries are still listed and there should be an easy way to report this rather than sifting through the reviews for someone who actually went, only to find that it was closed. "Open now" should be a search criteria filter but it is not. There is no key to let you know what the different colored icons on the map mean. One feature that I think is possible to include would be a strain-finding search that searches the menus of businesses for specific strains/products but I don't think this feature exists or it is not clearly accessible. While the app will still get use there are many features it lacks and the speed/smoothness of navigating could be much better.

The best place

I am recently transplanted into Santa Cruz up from San Francisco and I've been having a very difficult time trying to figure out which shop is the best which isn't what they are for what they don't offer well this site collective is in my opinion the bomb okay it is just great they actually the drivers actually bring a big huge case that has all of every little project that you could ever begin to imagine in your wildest dreams and their prices are so reasonable that is just incredible and their and their marijuana bud is such high-quality it's just the bomb I have gone to them exclusively ever since last September or beginning of October when we moved here and I will continue to go there while we are still here in Santa Cruz for the next year and a half while my husband is a college you guys rock thank you s

Could be awesome. It's not though.

The app and the site are pretty lame. First, I can't log in and I can't change my password. I'm using the app and the both the mobile and full site versions on Safari browser. I can't log in to write reviews or anything. No access to a "contact us" page so I can speak to someone about customer service. When I click the link, it takes me to the upfront login screen, and I'm right back where I started. Pathetic. By the way, none of these dead-end options are even available on the app. No options available at all. Once you look at the map, there are tons of closed dispensaries still clogging up the map, no real good way to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones, the menu screens are useless, there are no links to the individual dispensary sites. It's just not a good source of information like we all hope it to be. Have your coders fix these problems. Until you do, I literally can't use this piece of crap.
