Just enter the specific property address or select “Search My Current Location” and LenderLogix immediately returns:
• The CRA Income Tract – Whether LOW, MODERATE, MIDDLE or UPPER as determined by US Census Bureau Data
• USDA Eligibility – Whether YES or No in determining if the specific home is eligible under USDA’s Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan program
• SONYMA Target Area Eligibility (New York only) – Whether YES or NO in determining if the specific home qualifies for financing under SONYMA’s Target Area guidelines
