Delightful laugh-along audio tracks. Superb, confident, and very pleasant guidance from the marvelous Linda Leclerc - you can't help falling in love with her sweet and playful voice. I missed there being any visuals (drawings or graphics of how to perform the laughter 'exercises') but perhaps this was intentional, so they can be done safely while driving. "Bravo
