Brilliant Opportunity Potentially Wasted

The Levo Resume app is absolutely beautiful - as mentioned in other reviews, it is very well designed and has an innovative display. I believe if their app developer got to work on fixing the seemingly small (but very annoying) bugs that are present, this app could beat out all other resume building apps - especially considering the suite of other career-based apps offered by Levo. It is a major shame that Levo has apparently ignored these little glitches - it is a serious disservice to the app users. Such a gorgeous display makes the user trust it will work, and when it doesn't it is very frustrating. I first used the app in 2014 and experienced problems with saving job info and with exporting a resume - tried again in 2016 and the exact same problems are present. To sit on these issues for two years makes me as a user feel as though Levo doesn't care about providing service to their customers, which loses me as a user. If they iron out those kinks, which I believe must be easy for a good developer, and add a way to choose from a variety of different resume layouts, I would happily use this app and recommend it to others. As is, however, its beautiful design is rendered useless. Shame.
Potentially Beautiful, but doesn't work.

I love the way this app is laid out, the navigation is intuitive and the resume examples look really nice. Unfortunately I didn't get far about to make my own, because the photo would not save, and then I realized anything I typed in would not save. So, I'm now wasting more time searching for another app, procrastinating by writing this review... I wish it would have just worked while I was on a roll. Deleted.
Fields won't update; can't actually make a resume

I keep entering basic data, like name of school, and save. But when I choose the print option, it doesn't update certain fields I've entered, like "Emory University," it just says "name of school." How can I possible create a resume when the product can't even do this basic function?
