Pretty good 👍
Lifesum is a great app. It offers so much and helps me make better choices on what I'm eating. It is hard to follow up on. I did it for about 3 days, was super happy with it, then quit doing it because it took a lot of effort for a busy person like me, then started again a few days ago. It has helped me a lot overall. Another issue I have with it is that it has so many plans and recipes, but only premium members can use most of them. I have to pay for the food that it tells me I should eat to be healthier or reach my daily goal, and paying for premium is too much for me. Overall I think it's a great app that helps a lot, but there should be more options for free members.
I was absolutely loving this app until about a day and a half in and when it started crashing instantly every time I open it. I've been trying for the past day to be able to get it open again but it won't. So it's awesome until it quit working. You put in your height, weight, age, your goal weight and it'll estimate how much weight you should lose over a certain period of time. It also keeps track of what you eat by entering in the name or scan the barcode and just hit The button and it'll calculate all the calories you had for that meal. It'll tell you if you've had too many or too little calories for that day and it will also keep track of how much water you drink by just tapping on a little picture of a glass.
Pretty visuals, very interactive. Theres a couple of text errors when you pick the gain weight option, like they added it in on a whim and didnt change all the text. The plan survey was... what?? Most of the questions were unintelligible the rest were not applicable to what i was trying to do.. but whatever about that. The database is pretty big and im not worried about being 100% accurate with my calories so i just put in approximates. Id really like a tutorial on like, what an ounce of food looks like, or like how much is an average glass, idk but i dont know that stuff. But it wasn't that hard to look it up. Uh yea ive only been using it 2 days but no big complaints so far.
