I built Lift Log because I was displeased with all the other workout tracking apps on the App Store. Other apps made me input my routine before using the app, create workouts before recording data, and more annoying tasks that forced me to focus on the app more than on my workout. Lift Log is different. Log your sets easily and effortlessly, usually with only two taps. Reference graphs to track your progress over time. Add workouts on the fly, no need to configure anything just start lifting and start logging. Download the app and give it a try, I’m sure you’ll be happy your did.

2. Tap the repeat button next to a day's title to repeat that schedule today. Works kind of like a template
3. Forget to log yesterday? Postdate new sets by tapping the date while adding a set
4. Tap a set to reorder it, repeat it, change its date, edit it, or delete it

Simple But Just Right Lifting Log!!!


This is the perfect lifting log for anyone wanting to easily track workout sessions, reps and weight. Nothing complicated to worry about with no extra steps other than just documenting what you are lifting, how many reps and weight used with the idea of being able to track progress and improvements over time. Quick and easy and keeps you lifting versus wasting time on your phone. It has a cool download function so you can put your workouts into a spreadsheet and see your improvements but also a new chart/graph function in the updated version. Perfect lifting app. Nothing else needed.

Clean, intuitive interface, great customer service


The app is incredibly easy to use. No unnecessary bells and whistles, which is exactly what I was looking for. And Jake (the developer) is incredible. I had a few suggestions, so I emailed them through the feedback option on the app. He got back to me with tips and great feedback within 20 minutes. Literally the best customer service I've ever gotten from an app. I can't recommend this app enough.

Simple to use yet powerful lifting log


This is the best lifting log app in the app store. It's dead simple to use and very intuitive, yet very powerful with charts and lots of data (if you want it). Best of all, it's free and the developer puts a lot of work into updating it and constantly adding features based on users' feedback. I use the app a few times a week and I couldn't go to the gym without it!
