If you want to be superhuman, Coach.me is the best training available.
Get fit. Get thin. Get rich. Get promoted. Get happy. Get productive. Coach.me users have more than 10 million success stories.
Coaching ranges from simple reminders all the way to hiring one of our 800 expert coaches.
Here's exactly how Coach.me works.
STEP 1: Choose your goal.
Coach.me helps you focus on the daily practice that goes into achieving your most important goals. If you are willing to do the work, we will help you achieve anything.
The Coach.me community works on goals big and small. In 2014, Coach.meer's top goals were: exercise, drink more water, read, meditate, go to sleep by midnight, go to the gym, run, set priorities for your day, pushups, and save money.
STEP 2: Turn on coaching
There are three types of coaching Coach.me can provide you: advice, motivation, and prompting. Use as much or as little coaching as you want.
* Advice comes from the community of users and coaches. Everyone is available to answer your questions, and you can hire any of 700 1-on-1 coaches.
* Motivation comes from celebrating every step of progress. The Coach.me community cheers you on and the Coach.me app records your biggest milestones.
* Prompting comes in the form of reminders. We're all busy—Coach.me will make sure you don't forget what's important.
STEP 3: Turn momentum in to achievement
The Coach.me app and community are all focused on regular progress. If you can make a little bit of progress today, we'll help you make even more tomorrow.
You should also know that the Coach.me team is always available to help you. Visit our blog for interviews with our most successful coaches (http://blog.coach.me) and email us if you have feedback or questions: email@example.com

P.S. we should mention diet goals since they are so important to so many people. We've measured the effectiveness of the most popular diets on Coach.me. If you're looking for a way to lose weight, we've seen high success rates in The 4-Hour Body, Paleo, Vegetarian, Bulletproof, Whole 30, Mediterranean, and South Beach.
P.P.S. we hate to tell people what their goals should be, but we're also big fans of meditation as a way to do pushups for your brain. We've helped more than 85,000 people learn to meditate. The keys are to start with just a few minutes each day and drop the judgement: everyone's mind wanders. We have dozens of meditation teachers and a collection of guided meditation videos that can help you learn how to become a meditator.
P.P.P.S. We love to hear from you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
P.P.P.P.S. Yes, we used to be known as Lift App. Great name, but lots of reasons for the change. We talked about those on ProductHunt: http://www.producthunt.com/posts/coach-me
What's New in Version 2015.2
This release updates coach rankings and includes several bug fixes.
Read on for the state of coaching

Most Coach.me users know that we were called Lift as recently as December 30th. The name change reflects a change in philosophy: everything we do is a form of coaching.
Reminders are coaching. Tracking is accountability, which is coaching. Props are motivational coaching.
At the top of that coaching hierarchy sits actual human coaches that will coach you in (almost) any goal for $14.99 per week.
And the first week is free. So, the price is right.
But, to tell you if it's a good value I need to see if the coaching is any good.
Before we launched, we were hearing tons of anecdotal success stories.
"I finished my dissertation because my coach helped me kill my procrastination habit and just focus on writing my first sentence of the day. After that, I was in a flow state."
"I lost ten pounds because my coach held me accountable to eating more vegetables and less sugar."
Etc. We get a lot of these sorts of anecdotes.
But I also want to be able to measure something. So today's release includes new rankings based on a first pass on measuring coaching quality.
The amazing thing about online coaching is that we can measure which coaches actually help people. Do their clients check in? That's a coach you want. The new rankings reflect that.

Also, please update your reviews. They disappear with each new release of the app, but can be refreshed with just a couple of taps on your iPhone. Your reviews make a big difference for people who are seeing the app for the first time.

I learned about this tool on an episode of Buddhist Geeks and began using it as a tracker of my developing meditation practice, only to discover the possibilities went far beyond what I expected. I cannot tell you how much this app has improved my habits-and, truly, my life in general. I have even used it in the classroom (as a psychology and health teacher) to help my students develop self control and test the power of social conditioning. In my personal life I have used this app to increase my awareness of nearly two dozen goals-and already have retired five after hitting 250 days each!
Top Notch App
At first blush, this seems an overly simple app—a todo list app with voting. However, I have found it to be very helpful in establishing new habits. Clean, easy UI. Easy task creation and search. Not only can I check in daily, but I can leave comments, receive comments from others, and see stats over time of how well I'm doing on these new habits. I recently set up Distracted Writers Club habits for NaNoWriMo because I wanted to start small and build up. I can't wait to see the feedback over this month with others.
If you want to change your life, download this app. It is easily one of the best apps that i have on my iPhone and I use it several times a day. With the new update, they really highlight their strength - coaching - at such an incredibly low price. If there is seriously something you want to get done, hire a coach for a mere 2 cups of coffee from Starbucks and get real change in your life.
