Good but Very Limited Program
Light Up provides a great way to quickly call out and draw focus to parts of an image without having to use Photoshop, masks, etc. But you can only make combinations of rectangles, rounded rectangles, and ovals/circles (not other shapes), and you can’t rotate the shapes. The lack of a “Save As” feature may make you nervous (yes, it let’s you rename the file the first time you choose “Save” without overwriting your original), but it also makes it very difficult to save multiple versions/iterations of an image under different file names. And you can apparently only save images as .png files, whereas .jpg would be a nice option.
