Cant live without it


We have used Line2 for 3 years now and are extremely happy with the results. We have tried a few other services in the past including google voice (which I liked but like this better).

I use the business line as an office phone so while I see some people have issues with the clarity, I can say that when over wi-fi it is much more clear with less lag than my cell. Couple this service with a multi-phone bluetooth setup and you have a super cheap business solution. The other options I don't use as much, but just based off of the clarity I have experienced it is definitely worth it.

The one main con, which I saw was already mentioned, is that you cannot have a separate contacts list for line2, it works off your cells address book. You can utilize the "favorites" folder to circumvent this, but It would be a great addition if you could add new contacts within the app.



I use to use Side Line App (competitor to Line 2)but had to find another solution since they started charging for their app. I figure if I need to pay for this kind of functionality might as well get something that has more functionality then just a second phone line. Line 2 fit the bill. I have been using this app for a few weeks and I can say the quality of the calls are poor to mediocre. The worst is when the app gets updated no calls come in to your phone unless you log off and log back in to the app. I lost 30 calls due to this in one day. Lost sales/revenue due to this glitch. Will keep evaluating this app since I’ve been using it for a few weeks. I due like the auto attendant after hour feature but I might have to evaluate if it’s worth loosing customers due to the poor quality and functionality. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Low quality, Frustrating cancellation process


I bought this app and used it for few times. I didn't like the quality much, but that's not my reason to give 1 star.

When i wanted to cancel my subscription, how they made it confusing and tricky!! You had to look for a video in their app to find out how to cancel. Then go to their website and switch between multiple articles to find your way. They could have add just a button.

Also, the another tricky thing i noticed, was the my account is going to be charged on October 20 if i don't cancel my subscription, but in the app when i go to my account settings, it was showing November 20 as my next billing cycle. This is also another point to make you confused and get your money!!
