Linea - Sketch Simply
By The Iconfactory
This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
A sketch book isn't complicated, so why is your iPad?
Modern drawing apps are powerful, but they can overload you with hundreds of choices. Constant adjustments to brushes, colors, and layers wastes time and adds friction.
Linea takes a different approach and gives you just the right balance of power and control to sketch effortlessly. The focus stays where it belongs: on your ideas, not the tools.
What People Are Saying:

What's New in Version 1.1.2
Bug fixes. Fixed a crash that would occur occasionally when using multi-touch system gestures to change apps.
My favorite tool, brilliant in its simplicity, and the only app that makes pens feel like pens
My only wish is for Linea to support iPad split-view. I love to have Pinterest or Safari open with the new floating multitasking view, but it covers some of the tools. I’d love to be able to dock this app side-by-side with others, like Procreate.
And I know this would be kinda outside the scope of simplicity, but with the new Drag and Drop in iOS 11, it would be cool if Linea supported dropping images in. For tracing or for moodboards or ideas or whatever else.
elegant & simple
Wonderful & easily worth $10; iCloud syncing is working great. I wish I could import a graphic/photo/image as a variable opacity layer for tracing.
I wouldn’t mind more iPad multitasking support; it’s a little awkward to use with slideover since with either setting, some tools are obscured.
Lacks other features
How do I name the layers?
Can you please add more layers than four?
Where's the eye dropper?
I want to copy a certain color from an image in a website to Linea.
This app should have a paint Bucket
PLEASE MAKE THOSE CHANGES!
