Listen: The Gesture Music Player
By MacPaw Inc.
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
A music player you can use without looking at it. Works seamlessly with Apple Music.
Listen runs on gestures, not buttons. It’s perfect for anytime: on your way to work, while exercising, or on the go. Whether you are in your car, on your bike, or running a marathon, you’ll be lost in the music, not the interface.

Needs to also browse by artist
I got this app because I hate what has happened to the native music app. Apple has turned it into a cash grab. This app does its job but I can't seem to find an option to browse by artist instead of by albums, and also play all of a artist's albums at once not shuffled. Hopefully in future updates it will be added, as well as better stability. Honestly I would rather have a more traditional iPod UI but I guess I can't complain, this app doesn't shove radios, ads, and Internet connection down your throat.
Way better than Apple's Music app.
After the latest Music app update rendered it nigh unusable, I went on the hunt for a music app that actually considered the user experience. Listen not only looks great, but is also very easy to use.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts is because it really needs the ability to sort music by artist. Then this app would be perfect in my eyes.
To the devs: thank you for reaching me from an atrocious music listening experience. Keep up the good work!
The latest apple music app UI has been absolutely terrible and requires navigating menus and long lists which are incredibly inefficient of you have a large music library. This app is perfection allowing smooth navigation of even large music libraries and actually makes use of horizontal orientation on the 6+ unlike apples stock app. Love it
