The app is designed well and has a good interface. Everything is designed simple for the users and many useful features such as international transfer, credit card and utility bill payment is also available. I’d highly appreciate if the online chat response is a bit more faster. That’s my only suggestion! :)

Good start, needs lots of work
Please add the option to disable the “we logged you out” notification, it’s extremely annoying. It makes sense for the first time user, but it doesn’t make any sense to get notified every time I use the app. We have a relatively good memory span so no need to notify us every time.
And please work on the backend so we can consistently login from the first try.

I've been expecting my card to be delivered for quite some time. And after 2 phone calls on two arranged days for delivery, still no card. Even the women I spoke to on both these occasions were very rude and have attitude. Very disappointing since they say it's necessary to be the one to receive the card etc. So stops me from doing my activities expecting to receive the card and still no result. Disappointing to say the least
