This app is a joke, the only reason for this app is to receive chats and I’m not able to open a chat when it gets transferred to me. It takes me to the conversation bot and i can never see the live chat with a customer. This app will lose you money unless they fix the bugs.

Won't let me login


Spent over an hour with their tech support team because I kept getting a login failed message. They said they were not able to duplicate the issue on their end and could no longer help with troubleshooting. I've tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling, resetting the password, clearing cookies and I still can't login. So frustrating!

Not able to use app


Unfortunately I am not able to use the app. After logging in, I am asked to upload our brand logo and background photo... Both these actions fail.. "Sorry try again later". This has been happening for over a week. Has anyone been able to use this app lately? I wonder if anyone experiencing the same issue. I have tried in multiple devices, latest iOS. No luck. Bummer.
