Does a really good job at creating an amortization schedule. You have to export it either in html or a csv file. Open the csv in either Numbers or Excel if you want to edit the columns, rows, header, etc to your liking. And then you can print it out. Kinda wonky trying to print it straight from the app. It gives you two successive tables with no ability to eliminate the second table. Well worth the money!

This is the one that seems to do it all. It’s cheap and it’s easy to read. I like it and highly recommend it if you want to figure out your payment schedule. It’s really good at figuring out how much you can save if you want to pay extra each month against your principle. I would also recommend using the shortcut function to save loans so they’re easier to switch back and forth to compare your options!!

We, at times, have to figure out things based on customer can afford a fixed $ amount per month at a fixed % and then calculate things from there.
