A little buggy and a little lacking
I’ve only had the app a few days, so this is just initial impressions. First off, sometimes the app hangs on launch. The animated loading icon just goes and goes and the app doesn’t get beyond that. Second, it would be nice if the app would support saving the password or Touch ID log-in as, for the sake of security, for all apps and websites, I only use gibberish passwords that I’ve no hope of remembering that are all different. I have only requested on trip so far, so I don’t know if it holds rider details, such as walking or in a wheelchair, height, weight, etc., but it seems that those things should be in the rider profile and not something that should need to be entered during a trip request. Also, I’ve not set up any rides over the phone, so I don’t know if it’s any different to call them in vs set them up through the app, but I don’t know if there’s the same level of restriction on when a ride can be requested. Like, does it have to be that many days in advance? Or, if I call, can I request a ride 1-2 days in advance instead of, what seems to be, nearly a week?
It appears both Google and IOS apps are having trouble. I get a message that cant connect to internet or an error occurred. I thought you didnt have this s anymore. Users of goggle have said the same thing. Can yo please fix this? I liked the app at the beginning. Please fix . Thank you.

Waste of time...
I was excited when I learned of the app. That excitement came to a screeching halt. I was unable to complete the set process due to the many errors it continuously produced. First, it states number is optional. Individual must give number but gives you an error after providing number and says contact customer support. To many bugs with registration.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
