LOGO was created in 1967 for educational use, is a computer programming language with functional programming capability.

This version of LOGO is an interpreted language, but isn't a lite version.
Functional programming with global and local variables is implemented.

You can test calculations with polish notation, test recursively, and use arrays.

LOGO is not a language for programming a real application, instead it is a teaching language.

What's New in Version 1.5

- fix some bugs
- add 2 buttons (penup/pendown, showturtle/hideturtule, cleanall)

In the first 5 minutes of play, so far, so good

I have used, taught, and thourohgly enjoyed the original Logo, so I thought I’d give this a shot. It’s been years, but it seems to be just like riding a bike. I hope I feel the same way later, because I really want to have fun teaching it to my grandkids. So far, all the original commands are producing the desired results, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Relly good app

you need to get this!

A terrible app, I’m surprised of seeing it in the App Store

Simply put, this is a horribly designed app. It feels more like a student’s programming exercise completed in an afternoon than an product intended for commercialization. In spite of having some basic functionality, the app is not user-friendly or well documented. The app menu only has a limited number options, and is badly designed. For example, to run the code the user goes to the Edit menu. Some very basic functionality one would expect from a learning language is missing: executing the code in slow motion and step-by-step. Some of the menu items, like Undo Commands, simply don’t do anything. The button that erases the screen is apparently not working. The documentation consists of a tutorial and a reference, consisting of one page each. There is no documentation on the user interface or in some aspects of the language, such as declaring functions and use variables. The app does not even implement the full set of Logo commands. Finally, even the screenshot shown in the store does not look like the running app.
Very disappointing, I feel I was ripped off.
