Lola is a personal travel service for hotels, flights and other travel needs. The app instantly connects you to a team of travel agents available 24/7. We learn how you like to travel so we can find the hotels and flights that are right for you.
Lola is free to join, though some agent service fees may apply for certain types of travel.

We’ll be there when you’re traveling. Plans change, s#*t happens, but whatever it is, we’re standing by to take care of you.

We’ll take care of all your hotel needs free of charge. Some agent service fees may apply for other types of travel, including a $25 agent service fee for flight bookings. The flight service fee is per reservation (not per ticket) and includes any agent time related to the reservation including handling any changes or cancellations.

We use real people to provide our service so we may have to place you on a waitlist for a brief period, usually a day or two at most. (Disclosure: we do have a chatbot but it keeps trying to book people on zeppelins so we keep it in a cage.)

I love Lola
Best way to book travel without the hassle. Only thing I wish for is a way to use it in a browser or on my mac. Hate typing on the phone. I'm ten times faster on a real keyboard.
