Ratings and Reviews
Nice, but glitchy
It’s a great game. I love playing it. But sometimes I just can’t. These ads are incredibly frustrating. I understand the need for ads on free apps; that’s not the problem. The problem is when one ad covers the X for another, so I can’t get rid of them and I’m stuck. The only way out is to close the app and try again, which means I have to go through a whole new set of ads. Then sometimes the same thing happens again. Sometimes it keeps happening until I give up and just play something else instead. And sometimes, when I finally do get to play this, it randomly stops in the middle of a game and opens the App Store. I haven’t waited to see what it’s doing; I just close it out and go back to the game. But when I go back to the game, it instantly does the same thing again, and one again, the only way out is to close out the app and try again... or to become annoyed and go write this review instead of playing it
Good game. Pulls some shady stuff.
The game itself is quite good; I’d give it 4 stars for being interesting and fairly original. the problem comes with the ads. The ads are numerous and very annoying, appearing before the “do you want to double your stars” button (which gives you more ads). Sometimes (especially when I do well it seems), the ad is nothing but darkness with no x button, which means I don’t get my star reward. This is very annoying as every time I am doing well in the game the app likes to freeze, crash, or give me one of those “inescapable darkness” ads. The only way to get out of the latter that I have found is to refresh the app- which of course means you don’t get the stars you earned. These darkness ads persist after the game is closed until they are refreshed. It’s very annoying. I feel like this is a plot to give me more ads and keep me from earning stars to make me pay for them, but I guess it could be a fluke. Too bad my high score (14,770) got eaten by a darkness ad.
Games wonderful, but...
I love the game in it’s entirety, ads and all, I wish people would stop complaining about the ads, how are these creators supposed to eat, huh? The only thing is that... I want more stars for more levels. I’m one of the lucky few(or many) to get 13 on the”Lucky 13” mode in this game. When I reached thirteen, nothing, except for a “Congratulations, you got 13”. It’s not easy to get stars, really, so for like every time you complete a level first try, we should get 5 stars. Please, don’t stop your ads, just give us some more stars.
