Very Disappointed


I have spent hours over a week’s time and have had nothing but frustration in setting up the LoopPay. I do not know if the Case, Card and Readers (I purchased two Card Readers) were defective, but all I had was one problem after another. My correspondence with LoopPay was only through emails (which amounted to over 24 emails) even though I have left numerous Voice Messages to call me, but I never receive one call.

As being a PC savvy person, all I saw was an App that had a lot of bugs. I was told to watch the videos, but even after watching them more than three times they made everything look so simple and I was not having the response as I saw on the videos.

There is no way for the end-user to even deactivate the App, which is very frustrating. All I could do was delete each Credit Card that LoopPay finally was able to read, as well as deleting my personal ID manually. When deleting my Credit Cards, I chose DELETE ALL for each card so nothing would be left on their server. I am hoping this option will work.

The APP will not allow you to remove your personal information under SETTINGS.

In an email, I ask Customer Service to please send me an email upon Cancellation for verification that the account was deactivated. Thus far, I have received not receive any email verification.

I believe the Customer Service and Support has a lot learn in order to move forward with their APP. I believe they have a great idea to offer to the end-users.

Fluffy tummy

Been using this device for several weeks now. Love it. I only carry one back up card for gas now. I have used this at over 100 stores without issue. like anything else new there is a small learning curve but I have to say it really makes sense to me.

I will be ordered the case extra battery for my phone and ability to switch cards on the fly will is a great enhancement. I like the fob because I do not have to hand my card to a waiter/waitress, which makes me feel a lot safer and secure. I have even given the fob to my son to make purchases, not having to worry about him loosing a credit card, he had no problems.

I also love the reaction I get when using it. I like the wallet also. for once a mobile wallet that you can actually use. I have added all my cards to this.

Love the service, minor annoyances


As an early adopter of LoopPay, I’ve seen the ups and downs with the app, but the most recent version is the most streamlined and easy to use yet. There are a few issues that the other reviewers in here have pointed out, but in my experience, any issue is usually fixed by just contacting their support team and finding out the solution. The credit card number issues that Dschw reported I was told only happen if you don’t have your LoopPay Card connected, so it seems that is actually by design for security. Security is clearly a top priority, and in my opinion they’re doing it right! The new identity verification process is cool - I started a new account just to see how it works, and I was impressed. Love using my LoopPay Card with my 6+, and I can truly use LoopPay in 99% of the places I shop!
