Lorna Jane reads your health and fitness data from the Health app (HealthKit), and shows them in a beautiful and useful way!
To save your activity data from previous versions of the App you need to first connect with Facebook on your old version of the app, this will sync your activity data with our servers. Once you upgrade to the new app, login with Facebook to retrieve your activity history.

We are using HealthKit for health, fitness purposes and read heart rate to monitor data.
Your data is stored in the Health app (HealthKit), and Lorna Jane will never collect your personal health data.
Lorna Jane does not create any data. It simply reads data from the Health app.

Pretty but it doesn't work!
This app is pretty. A very nice upgrade from the original. I love all the options. However, after going for a four mile walk it said I had only gone for a mile and a half. That's a big discrepancy. Further, it took my battery from 90% to 6% in one hour. I know that apps that use GPS use a lot of battery but this is ridiculous. I can run Map my Run, Strava and Songza and use less battery in the same amount of time. If the GPS works correctly this is probably a great app for someone who only works out for a half hour or so but anything longer than that and you're risking a dead battery mid-workout! It would also be nice to save the pictures that they give you under the Believe app.
I love the idea of this app but that's all it seems to be right now. An idea. The live tracker didn't save my run. It just froze. I tried to set up to get "motivations" sent to me daily but it crashes every time I'm on that part of the app. It would be nice if it was possible to just log workouts as well instead of only being able to use it live. I'm also constantly having to log back in to the app. This happens 90% of the time I open it. I hope the app developer gets this up to 100% but even 50% would be a massive improvement. I love Lorna Jane and her products. This one just isn't up to par with everything else Lorna Jane.
Love this app
Loving the upgrades to the MNB Lorna Jane app. She is so motivational and now I also get links directly to the blog and to recipes and I can also get to the online shop. It's also been made much more user friendly for those of us in the USA living our best and most active life. Thanks for keeping us inspired!
