Almost 5 pounds in first week

They say the first part of anything is a honeymoon phase, where you're getting to know each other and everything goes well, so I know it's not realistic to think that I would lose 5 pounds in a week all the time.
I love this apps simplicity. It's easy to use and quick so you don't spend lots of time thinking about what you can eat. I love the scan the barcode feature. The previous meals and the my foods feature.
I love that counts your steps and helps you realize how much exercise you're getting. And also subtracts exercise from your calories so that if you exercise you get more to eat if you'd like.
I love that it knows how many minutes you need to bicycle around in order to use up calories.
I also love how it helps you figure out how many calories you have to have in order to lose a certain amount of weight per week and counts down the days until you've reached your goal. It makes it more realistic and helps you to stick with your goals.
All in all this is an amazing app that I would highly recommend to everybody whether or not you're trying to lose weight or maintain. I've only been using this app for a week but already I feel like I've changed my habits.

Such a great app!

It's very helpful. I love how you can add your own foods to their selection of what they have nutritional info for, and your own excersises. It shows in graphs how much you have lost, and what you have had today in protein, carbs, and fats. I also love how they have challenges and people around the country using the app can join them. It is helping me lose a lot of weight ( 3 lbs in 1.5 weeks )
And it sets the date of which you will reach your goal at your rate. Overall, it is a great app and I will continue to Use the app even after I reach my goal! ❤️❤️❤️👌👊

Easy to Use with Results

It didn't take me very long to get up and running with the app. When there was
a feature I couldn't find, the help section was always easy to understand. My favorite feature is the barcode scan. No more searching and trying to guess if I picked the right brand of food to log to keep calories accurate. Before this app I tried for 3 months to lose weight and the most I could do was maintain. I've had this app almost a month now and I've lost 5 pounds. I love the trackers in the Premium version, and I love the challenges.
