can also present information to the unconscious mind about positive things we want to experience, e.g. feeling more confident in a certain situation and performing better. Our unconscious mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is imaginary. When we use the power of hypnosis to present information to the unconscious mind in our imagination, our unconscious can accept that as real and will then go on to respond to that new information. It is important to know that the more you believe in the power of your mind to bring about what you want, and the more you commit to focusing your attention on what you want, the better the results will be. One session of hypnotic suggestions will not bring about much change at all. However, repeated suggestions in line with your goals and a strong focus on the outcomes you really want will help you to make these a reality.

Love this , soothing voice 💖💖💖


I love this for many reasons. I suffer from anxiety too . Sleep is tough for me. I use it for obvious reasons but when i wake up in the middle of the night and my head starts racing and i can’t shut my crazy thoughts off..... i turn this on !!!! Her voice is sooooooo incredibly soothing . The only thing i wish???? I wish it were longer than 40 min or you could set it to repeat ?!

I agree, she reminds me of Mrs Hughes from Downton Abbey! I've listened to several hypnosis lose weight apps and I keep coming back to this one because I feel most relaxed listening to her voice.
Recently though, the app won't allow me to go to settings to adjust for waking or sleeping. Also, a couple times during the program, there are some distracting background noises.
Oh, and I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks!

This app is great for relaxation and the speakers voice is top notch. Best voice I’ve listened to. Don’t know if it’s helping with any weight loss...too early to tell. Personally, I would prefer the end not be so abrupt or designed to bring you back to an alert state. This would work for ME better if I could just drift off to sleep and stay there :)
